What exactly is a token?
One unit of engine work. Sourcing a company costs 3, verifying a lead 1, enriching a decision-maker 3, drafting a personalised email 3, sending it 1, and each follow-up 2. Nothing is charged per seat or per mailbox — one balance runs the whole funnel.
What happens when I run out?
The engine stops at the step it can't pay for, so you never get a half-finished send. On a paid plan your allocation is ADDED to your balance at the start of each billing cycle — it doesn't replace what's there, so an unused month rolls straight into the next one. Tokens never expire, whether they came from your plan, a top-up or your free grant, and they stay with you when you change plan. Top up any time at $0.02 a token, $10 minimum.
Does the Free plan renew every month?
No — and we'd rather say it plainly than let you find out. Free comes with a one-time welcome grant when you sign up. Once it's spent it doesn't come back; a paid plan is what buys a grant every cycle. There's no card involved either way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Plans & billing inside the product. Switching takes effect immediately — the new grant lands the moment it goes through — and cancelling doesn't lock you out of the workspace you've already built.
